Purchases. 

essiac-tea.shop promises to fulfil all orders placed and paid for by customers in a timely manner, please see exceptions to this promise detailed below.

essiac-tea.shop may cancel a sale and not supply products if it is deemed reasonable to do so and we may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion.

Customers not adhering to the terms and condition of this website and or UK Laws and Regulations may have their accounts closed.

If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. 

If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you using the contact details you supply us with. You will then be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. 

We try to ensure that listed products are always available but there may be occasions where events outside of our control stop us from fulfilling an order. In such instances you will be given the choice to wait for stock to arrive or be given a full refund.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK.

Delivery within the UK is guaranteed, in the event that your order is lost in the post a full refund or full replacement of all products ordered will be arranged in accordance with the terms and conditions of the postal service used by essiac-tea.shop to send your items. Special (next day) delivery will usually be despatched the same day (working days only) for orders placed before 2.00pm.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. 

An Express and Insured delivery option is provided and covers all international buyers who would wish to claim for the full cost of their order in the event that it was lost in the post, damaged or stolen. 

Parcels stopped by customs are not covered by Insurance, International customers are responsible for making sure any product ordered can be received via the postal network.
